Starting the year off right

Welcome in 2011! Things have been going well thus far. Started with a little new year's gathering for the kids who had a sleepover and then I made our traditional Black Eyed Peas and Ham while we had my mother in law and brother in law over for dinner and games.
Today I started working on the new 101 things list by getting the flooring ordered for the master bedroom. We are also in discussions with the kids about the paint that they would like the use in their rooms. We might make this one of the most productive winters for the family yet. Tomorrow things get back into the normal swing of things: school for the kids, and work for dad. It has been a great holiday season and I am very thankful for what I have been able to accomplish. Looking forward to a very good year.
