New investments in me

This week I received a gift for reaching ten years of service with the company. Wanting to be able to use it wisely I decided to invest in myself. I purchased four new books on iPhone,iPad,Mac programming along with two cooking titles, one on baking healthy breads in five minutes and one on making cheese. With our CSA program intending to offer us raw milk later this summer the cheese book should be a good one. I also found a title about achieving happiness through action in life. Along with the programming books, I have been able to acquire a used MacBook so I can have the tools necessary in order to work with the Apple iPhone SDK. I have signed up for the Apple developer program which will give me access to the SDK and give me the ability to add my apps to the apple store (if I get that far). This should be a fun and exciting journey. I will try to post more updates as I make progress.
